TaylorMade Stealth Irons

Designed to improve game and distance, taylormade stealth irons are a new addition to the game improvement iron line. Their design combines Cap Back and Toe Wrap Construction to create a low center of gravity and improved forgiveness. Their high trajectory and easy launch help golfers to hit the ball farther, and they’re also easy to create soft draws.

The new irons also have improved performance from lower on the face. The updated 3D Cap Back Design encourages higher-flying shots. They feature a wide sole, which increases mass at the sole, driving the center of gravity down and creating a longer, faster iron. The dampers on the Stealth irons are individually designed to align with the contact area, reducing unwanted vibrations.

The new irons also feature Inverted Cone Technology. This technology effectively disconnects the face from the iron body, allowing for consistent ball speed across the face. The ICT system is a soft polymer blend that spans the entire face, delivering a forgiving, forged-like feel. The system is designed to optimize forgiveness, increase ball speed around the sweet spot, and counteract the common right miss.

The new irons also feature an intelligently-positioned sweet spot that helps deliver explosive ball speeds. A low center of gravity also results in a higher launch angle, better trajectories, and better feel. The ECHO Damping System also helps reduce harsh vibrations when a ball is missed.

The Stealth irons also feature an enlarged sole width that adds stability around the perimeter of the iron. The 450 stainless-steel face shrinks down to 1.6 millimeters in the thinnest areas of the face, preserving ball speed.
